Her Specialty
One of VARANISESE expertise is caring and handling hospice cases, with 4 years of Hospice care experience, and being on call for agencies and private families to help navigate the transition of grief in process of their loved one's transitioning, she is a calm, steady, certain, skilled care taker.
Often families who are "new" to hospice care and services may not understand the full scope of "when and how will we know it's closer to their time" which often she may not answer however with her experience and steady presence it alleviates the stress families often deal with.
Often providing care of clients in Carmel to San Francisco, the demand for her expertise in care is note worthy.
From helping clients who are able bodied to bed bound, there is hardly a challenge she hasn't experienced and solved alongside their families.
Her second best skillset is working well with clients with Alzimers and Dementia, ensuring that everyday is a fun, joyful day. There is always something to laugh at and be thankful for. Laughter is the best remedy for clients who are uncertain of their own thought processes, which often exhausts them; helping ease their mind with a laugh helps elevate ones mental health.

VARANISESE has had the privilege of working with mom and pop shops, investors, creators, non profits in Silicon Valley. One of her driving factors is her ability to look at the grand picture, and narrow down steps of how to help accomplish those goals, a skillset she implements when caretaking for children, adults, and elderly.
She is insightful, offers advise on what may be a factor for a future issues, as she would with financial markets, she sees fit with careening for others, and referring people to professionals that may fit their needs best.
Advocate
Care isn't just the baseline of "have you eaten?" rather a range of advocating for clients without any prejudice of their background, beliefs, religion, circumstances etc. From her experience of staying late nights alongside clients overnight in Hospitals, rehabs as a sense of security for the families, to being a help of encouraging families to gather, and iron out the last details of their loved ones wishes, before the time comes, and it gets too difficult to navigate along side grief.
It's an honor to have served families from San Francisco to Carmel, to advocate for their loved ones, even till their last breath.
Outside of Caring for others
VARANISESE pours her creativity into her clothing design, sewing bespoke garments. Creative expressions is a way to balance her passion for caring for others, a great unwinding, calm, happy place...sometimes, because the seams act unwillingly at times.
Other forms of artistic expressions is enjoys photography, hosting events for friends.
